When choosing a product such as Amtico you need to know that what your choosing is right for you and, once you’ve chosen your product, that everything else will be taken care of right up to the finished article. With this page we aim to explain what we offer when choosing Amtico (and to a certain extent other luxury vinyl tiles) right down to the very tiny but very important last details.

1. The Showroom Sensation

Tucked away in a quiet corner of Oldham, our showroom offers a calm and inspiring space to begin your Amtico journey. From the moment you walk in, you’ll be welcomed by our knowledgeable team and a beautifully curated presentation of Amtico First, Spacia, Signature, Form and Decor collections.
Take your time exploring the latest trends in wood, stone and abstract designs, each crafted with Amtico’s renowned attention to detail and luxurious finish. Whether you already have a vision in mind or are looking for inspiration, our displays are designed to help you picture the perfect flooring for your home.
If you’re unsure which style best suits your space, Amtico’s interactive Room Visualiser is an excellent place to start — giving you a realistic impression of how different designs will look in your home before you make that all‑important decision.

2. Expert Measuring Service

Once you’ve explored the Amtico collections and started to imagine how they might transform your home, we’ll arrange a no‑obligation home measuring appointment at a time and date that suits you.
During the visit, our experienced estimator will take precise measurements and assess everything required to prepare, supply and professionally install your chosen flooring. We’ll talk you through the essential elements of the project, including:

Subfloor preparation — what’s needed to achieve a smooth, level surface ready for your new Amtico floor.
Adhesive recommendations — ensuring the correct product is used for long‑lasting performance.
Laying direction & design considerations — helping you visualise how the tiles or planks will sit within your space.
Door trims & finishing touches — discussing styles and colours to create seamless transitions with your existing flooring.

After we’ve covered all of your requirements, we return to our office to prepare a clear, detailed quotation. This will be sent to you by post or email, allowing you to review everything in your own time before moving on to the next step of your Amtico Journey.

3. Installation- The Master Installers

Once you’ve accepted your quotation*, we will arrange an installation date that works for you. Timelines can vary depending on the size of the area and the complexity of your chosen design — some Amtico layouts require more intricate workmanship than others, and we always allow the time needed to achieve a flawless finish.
On the day of installation, we may ask that delicate or valuable items are moved beforehand. If there are pieces you’re unable to shift, our fitting team will be more than happy to assist**. From that point onward, you can simply relax while our installers transform your space.
Our fitters are highly skilled and fully trained in Amtico‑recommended products, processes and installation techniques, following Amtico’s official guidelines to ensure your floor is fitted to the highest standard. Every installer is directly employed by Lees Heginbotham & Sons Ltd, giving you complete peace of mind in both their craftsmanship and professionalism.
Once the work is complete, your fitter will invite you to review your new floor and make sure you are entirely satisfied with the result before they leave.

4. The Finished Article 

Once your new Amtico floor has been installed and inspected, we will provide you with an Amtico Warranty Registration Card. Registering your product is simple and ensures your floor is fully protected under one of Amtico’s renowned residential warranties, giving you complete peace of mind for the years ahead.
If you notice anything following installation that doesn’t feel quite right, just contact our office. We will arrange for one of our installers to revisit your home and address any concerns as quickly as possible — your satisfaction remains our priority long after the work is complete.
To help you keep your floor looking exceptional, we offer a specialist Amtico Cleaning & Maintenance Kit, designed specifically for use with Amtico products. These products help preserve the finish, protect the surface and maintain the luxurious appearance of your floor.
For added protection in busy areas, Amtico also offers purpose‑designed entrance mats that help capture dirt and moisture before it reaches the floor — a simple way to prolong the beauty of your new installation.
